At urban rustic we do our best to keep our charges cost effective. Postage is based on weight not per item. Environmentally friendly recycled packaging is used where possible. And we are meticulous with packing to minimise disappointing breakages of often irreplaceable items.
Please Note urban rustic does not accept returns or refunds based on change of mind or damage during delivery. We are sorry for this necessary evil, however as previously mentioned, all care is taken to ensure these beloved pieces arrive safely at their new home.
